Totally screened from the view from the lad <br /> and from adjacent property in the same ma er <br /> required for accessory buildings. <br /> 5.5.4 Home Park Mobile Home Dark <br /> (A) Standards for-PA-HP-CZ <br /> (1) Permitted Uses and Structures <br /> In addition to Mobile Homes and/or Temporary Residential Units, as defined by <br /> this Ordinance, the following accessory structures and uses shall be permitted <br /> (a) Caretaker's or manager's home or office. <br /> (b) Service buildings and areas necessary to provide washing and drying <br /> machines for domestic laundry, sanitation, rest rooms, storage, vending <br /> machines, and other similar services provided by the facility for the use <br /> and convenience of the mobile home park tenants. <br /> (c) Recreation buildings/facilities and areas serving only the ms-19-i-l-e-h-eme <br /> k-Home Park in which they are located. <br /> (d) Customary accessory buildings and facilities necessary for operation of <br /> the Home Park in which they are located. <br /> (e) Storage buildings for individual e home—s-paGesHome Park Spaces <br /> and intended for the exclusive use of the Home Park Space occupants of <br /> the e home-moe-shall be permitted.
