<br />made available for use by the Occone echee Council of Boy Scouts if they desire
<br />to use same for their District Court of Aonor which is to be held in the near
<br />future. It was agreed by the board that hir. Gott is hsa cue tody of the courtroom
<br />Sn the old courthouse, said authority being ¢iven him at the meeting of the
<br />Board held on December 1, 1954r and that the Board does not set a precedent by
<br />offering the courtroom in the new bul l,ding to the Hoy Scout Council at this time.

<br />Upon motion of Commissioner Rag, seconded by Commissioner Efle nd, the
<br />following resolution for budgetary pruposes of the Ylelfare Department was adopted:
<br />"The following amendments to the 195!.1-1955 ;Relfare Budget shall be made
<br />it appearing that insufficient funds were approo rioted to carry this department
<br />r through the present Fiscal Year.
<br />1. Having rec el ved a special allotments of ti1,000 from the State end it
<br />appearing that wo wl ll receive $825. OC unanticipated revenue from the rent of
<br />l ~. the courthouse basement the sum of N1, 825.00 is hereby aPPropria fed to the
<br />-- General Ylelfare Administrative budget,
<br />2. It anna¢rin~C that a deficit will ensue in the tNelfare A. P. T. D.
<br />pro ¢ram, the sum of N1, 326.50 is hereby transferred to the surplus account of
<br />tNelfare A. P. T. D. program from the General Well are Administratl ve Program.

<br />unencumbered in the t4elfsre A, P. T. D. oroaram, we will be allotted Prom State
<br />and Federal sources the sum of "7,477. 79. This transfer to funds 19 hereby
