He said this is not a number one priority for Orange County, and the Town of <br /> Chapel Hill at one time wanted the Visitors Bureau property for more incubator space. He said <br /> the County only has so much money, and the priority needs to be to the residents. He said he <br /> hoped the Board representative to this committee would say there is no commitment from the <br /> Orange County Board of County Commissioners, except to participate in discussions. He <br /> suggested directing staff to get an estimate of the value of the Visitors Bureau. <br />
