2 <br /> To meet the goal of the program, the Department will contract with <br /> the Joint Orange-Chatham Community Action Agency (JOCCA) to provide <br /> case administration for the County' s Job Training Partnership act <br /> (JTPA) program and an On-the Job Training (OJT) contract for certain <br /> participants in the JOBS program. The addition of OYF will enable <br /> the agency to serve young fathers who do not meet the requirements <br /> for state and federal funded services. <br /> Grant funds will cover the program' s primary operating expenses. <br /> In-kind contributions for grant administration will be provided by <br /> the Department of Social Services. Matching funds are not required <br /> by the Foundation. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): <br /> The Manager recommends acceptance of the $30,000 grant from the Z . <br /> Smith Reynolds Foundation and authorization for the Board Chair to <br /> sign the Letter of Acceptance and Understanding. <br />
