Subdivision Regulations Text Amendments <br /> (a) Section IV-B-9 Watershed Protection Standards (delete) <br /> (b) Section V-C Specifications for Plat Drawings (Preliminary Plan) <br /> (c) Section V-D Specifications for Plat Drawings (Final Plat) <br /> Approval of the notice will permit advertisement on August 11 and August 18, <br /> 1993 as required by the N.C. General Statutes. The proposed Comprehensive Plan <br /> and Zoning Atlas amendments will require notification of individual property <br /> owners. The notice must be mailed on or before August 6, 1993. <br /> All items proposed for public hearing (with exception of CP-3-93 Bobby Kirk Sr. <br /> and Jr.) relate to the application of State-mandated watershed protection standards <br /> and the related zoning of Cedar Grove and Little River Townships. <br /> The Planning Board considered the proposed ordinance text amendments at its July <br /> 19, 1993 meeting and recommended that they be presented at the August 23, 1993 <br /> public hearing for citizen comment. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the Notice of Public Hearing for <br /> August 23, 1993. <br /> i <br />
