It has been <br /> suggested that the utility easement be located on the northern <br /> side of this right-of-way which is an acceptable location. A <br /> sketch of the proposed easement is enclosed for your reference. <br /> The terms of this easement would be OWASA, s standards which allow <br /> the installation of the utility line (s) , the right of ingress, <br /> egress and regress to repair , replace or maintain the line and <br /> the restriction that no buildings, structures or landscaping can <br /> be placed or occur upon the easement except those placed by <br /> OWASA. <br /> Should you have any. questions or need additional information on <br /> this matter, please do not hesitate to call. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> John W.
