The cost of disposal in the' <br /> landfill would be about $21,500. <br /> By mulching, the governments <br /> can dispose of the wood at a cost <br /> of $6 per cubic yard and later <br /> sell the mulch for $5 per cubic <br /> yard. The final cost would be <br /> about $2,000. <br />
