The Savings Bank may waive <br /> origination fees, offer discounted interest rates, <br /> offer higher loan to value ratios, and give priority <br /> service. Special consideration may also be given for <br /> mobile home loans. Individuals who need assistance in <br /> removing materials from their property should post the <br /> green "Assistance Needed" flyers on their property or <br /> automobile. Volunteers will help you take material to <br /> the curb or right-of-way for the local government staff <br /> to remove beginning on Monday, November 30, 1992 . <br /> * Orange County Human Service Agencies, the American Red <br /> Cross and OCIM will establish a central Service Center <br /> beginning next week to assist tornado victims with <br /> various needs. <br />
