This item was placed under <br /> Decision Items. Collins added that he would like to discuss a <br /> phone call he received today from Lloyd Childers, State Historic <br /> Preservation Office, regarding a visit from a State Departmen . <br /> representative to speak at the next meeting of the Historic <br /> Preservation Commission. This item was placed under Discussion <br /> Items. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #3 : APPROVAL OF MINUTES - April 28 , 1993 <br /> MOTION: Anderson moved to approve the minutes for April 28 , <br /> 1993 . Seconded by Pat Dickinson. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #4 : DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> a. Manuscript/Publication Process - Coordination with <br /> Municipalities <br /> The Commission discussed a memo from the Planning Staff regarding <br /> how to proceed with the inventory publication, specifically how <br /> to coordinate with the municipalities in Orange County. <br />
