2 <br /> The 1993-97 CIP provides$70,000 for minimum renovations in the Sheriff's office. Following review <br /> of the results presented by Hakan/Corley the County will be in a position to make an educated <br /> estimate of funding which will be needed to carry out the renovation portion of the project. Such <br /> funding would be brought forward for Board consideration as part of the 1994-98 CIP. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends approval of a contract with Hakan/Corley for a sum <br /> not-to-exceed $4,200; and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br /> • <br />
