D. Parkland <br /> 1. Cash in the amount of $385.00 [($2,250/acre x 6/35 acre)] shall be paid to <br /> Orange County as payment in lieu of parkland dedication. <br /> E. Miscellaneous <br /> 1. The Final Plat shall contain a title block and vicinity map in accordance with <br /> Section V-D-2 and V-D-3 of the Orange County Subdivision' egulations. <br /> 2. The following easements shall be shown on the plat: <br /> a. A 30-foot drainage easement shall be provided as determined by the <br /> Erosion Control Personnel and shown on the Preliminary Plan. <br /> F. Certifications <br /> 1. A Certificate of Survey and Accuracy signed by a registered Land Surveyor <br /> shall be notarized on the face of the Final Plat. <br /> 2. The Department of Environmental Health shall certify that all residential lots <br /> contain sufficient area for septic tank disposal and repair. <br /> 4. The North Carolina Department of Transportation shall certify that Willow <br /> Oak Drive has been constructed to State standards or that construction plans <br /> have been approved. <br /> 5.
