Mebane Oaks Road and Bradshaw <br /> Quarry Road are paved State-maintained roads and <br /> considered collectors in the Comprehensive Plan. The <br /> tract size is 9. 54 acres out of 48 .43 acres with six (6) <br /> lots proposed. Lot sizes range from 1. 00 to 1. 98 acres. <br /> The property is zoned Agricultural Residential (A-R) and <br /> Protected Watershed (PW-II) . It is also designated <br /> Agricultural Residential and Protected Watershed in the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. A public road is proposed. The road <br /> would extend south off Bradshaw Quarry Road. All lots <br /> would receive access from the subdivision road. A 1991 <br /> traffic count on Bradshaw Quarry Road indicated 350 trips <br /> per day east of Mebane Oaks Road. <br /> The Planning Board reviewed the Concept Plan for The <br /> Village of The Oaks at its March 15, 1993 meeting. The <br /> plan was approved with the following condition: <br /> 1. All lots shall receive access from the interior <br /> subdivision road. <br />
