Preliminary Plans <br /> 0 ( 1 ) Raineywood <br /> (7 Lots - Cheeks Township) <br /> Presentation by Eddie Kirk. <br /> The property is located on the north side of <br /> Lebanon Church Road (SR 1306) off the east side <br /> of Daniels Farm Road. Daniels Farm Road is a <br /> public road in Buck Run Subdivision. The <br /> property is located in Cheeks Township and is <br /> zoned R-1 and PW-II. The Land Use Element of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan designates the area as Rural <br /> Residential and Protected Watershed. It is <br /> located in the Back Creek Watershed. <br /> There are seven (7 ) lots proposed out of 9 . 8 <br /> acres. There is 84 .5 acres remaining in the <br /> tract and the average lot size is 1 .4 acres . All <br /> lots are proposed to be served by individual <br /> wells and septic tanks. <br /> The road is proposed to be public and constructed <br /> to State standards. It will extend from Daniel's <br /> Farm Road and stub-out into the remaining 84 .5 <br /> acre tract. <br /> The Planning Board reviewed the Concept Plan for <br /> Raineywood Subdivision at its May 18, 1992 <br /> meeting. The plan was approved with four (4 ) <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The public road shall have a temporary gravel <br /> cul-de-sac as recommended by NCDOT. <br />
