Daniels Farm Road is a public road in Buck Run <br /> Subdivision. The property is located in Cheeks Township <br /> and is zoned R-1 and PW-II. The Land Use Element of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan designates the area as Rural <br /> Residential and Protected Watershed. It is located in the <br /> Back Creek Watershed. <br /> There are seven (7) lots proposed out of 9 . 8 acres. There <br /> is 84 .5 acres remaining in the tract and the average lot <br /> size is 1.4 acres. All lots are proposed to be served by <br /> individual wells and septic tanks. <br /> The road is proposed to be public and constructed to State <br /> standards. It will extend from Daniel's Farm Road and <br /> stub-out into the remaining 84 . 5 acre tract. <br /> The Planning Board reviewed the Concept Plan for <br /> Raineywood Subdivision at its May 18, 1992 meeting. The <br /> plan was approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The public road shall have a temporary gravel cul-de- <br /> sac as recommended by NCDOT. <br />
