Mr. Ga ttis was requested to notify Mr. <br />Archie Da v1s, architect for the new courthouse, flu t his prey ence was also <br />reques tad st said meeting. <br />A letter of resignation from Mr. Glenn Snipes, who was a member of the <br />Planning Board, wee read. Mr. Gettis was requested to acknowledge said letter <br />and ask the members of the Planning Board to recommend someone to fill Mr. <br />Snipes' vacancy and also the vacancy created by the ezpi raft on ~of the term of <br />.dr. Parker also requested that Venatain blinds be purchased for the new <br />'Relfare quarters because of the lack of privacy due to the many windows which <br />open along the hall looking Snto said department offlcea.
