RESOLUTION <br /> OF THE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> WHEREAS, on the day of , 1992, the Orange County <br /> Housing Authority accepted non-warranty deeds from the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners for the following parcels of property (hereinafter referred to as the <br /> parcels of property"): <br /> Parcel I: Tax Parcel 7.100.C.10 <br /> Parcel I I: Tax Parcel 7.100.C.10A <br /> Parcel III: Tax Parcel 7.91.H.7 _ <br /> WHEREAS, the Orange County Housing Authority has determined that the parcels <br /> of property should be developed to provide dwelling accommodations for persons of low <br /> income; <br /> WHEREAS, the Pines Community Center, Inc., a non-profit entity, has expressed <br /> an interest in developing these properties; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to North Carolina General Statues <br /> 157-1 et seq., the Orange County Housing Authority authorizes conveyance of the <br /> aforementioned Parcels I, II, and III by non-warranty deeds subject to satisfaction of the <br /> following conditions. <br /> 1. The Orange County Housing Authority will consult with the Chapel Hill <br /> Planning Department to ensure that these lots are buildable under present <br /> land use requirements. <br /> 2. The Pines Community Center, Inc. will present to the Orange County <br /> Housing Authority a development plan for these parcels of property which <br /> will include a development timetable and financing mechanisms for providing <br /> dwelling accommodations for persons of low income for the County <br /> 3 <br />
