Please note that two of the three lots will may need to be <br /> combined to meet the zoning requirements of the Town of Chapel Hill. Thus, these three <br /> lots will provide land for the construction of two houses. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Adopt a resolution authorizing the donation transfer of property by the Orange <br /> County Housing Authority to the Pines Community Center, Inc. for the purpose of <br /> developing affordable homeownership opportunities and authorize the <br /> Housing Authority to enter into a Performance Agreement with this entity for this purpose <br /> and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Housing <br /> Authority. <br /> The resolution stipulates the following conditions which must be completed prior <br /> to actual deed transfer. <br /> 1. The Orange County Housing Authority will consult with the Chapel Hill <br /> Planning Department to ensure that these lots are buildable under present <br /> land use requirements. <br /> 2.
