Army Corps of Engineers , has <br /> sent us the first bill for the water supply storage in Jordan <br /> Lake . See attachment #1 . Because Orange County has been <br /> allocated one percent (0 .01) of the storage in Jordan Lake, we <br /> are requesting that you send us a check for $1 ,572 .43 , made out <br /> to FAO, USAED, Wilmington. We ask that you send it to us by May <br /> 10 , 1993 , so that we can pay the Corps the entire amount by May <br /> 20 , 1993 . Attachment #2 shows the breakdown of costs for all <br /> allocation holders and an estimate of the costs for FY 1993-94 . <br /> The costs for FY 1993-94 are higher than those for FY 1992-93 <br /> because they are based on a full year of costs. Payment for FY <br /> 1993-94 will be due in January 1994 and we will mail you an <br /> invoice at that time. <br /> In the next couple weeks, we will also be sending you a <br /> draft contract between Orange County and the State of North <br /> Carolina for your share of the water supply storage in Jordan <br /> Lake. We will ask you and the other storage holders to comment <br /> on this draft.
