Appointment of one Commissioner to serve on the Task Force. <br /> 3. Active support of Orange County' s Smart Start application <br /> in all the forums in which the County Commissioners and <br /> staff participate. <br /> 4 . An advance of $5,000 on the planning/services inventory <br /> funding. <br />
