Report should be single- spaced and fully paginated . ] The Division retains all editorial , reproduction, pubTication , and distribution rights to the project report. Arrangements may be made , - however, between the Division for waiver of these rights. Any subsequent use of the report, documentation or results of the project by Orange County and/or the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill shall include appropriate recognition of the funding sources for the project. SECTION S. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE DIVISION The Division shall provide the P. I . with all necessary computer' adapted North Carolina Archaeological Site Forms during the project, and shall make available any and all information currently available in its files which may be pertinent to the effective completion of the project. SECTION 9. CURATORIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Under the terms of this agreement, all materials, records, photographs , maps, and other documentation generated by this project remain the property of the State of North Carolina, Arrangements will he made between the Division , Orange County and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for the curation of all or a portion of these items following completion of the project. SECTION 10. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR It shall be the responsibility of the P. I . to obtain proper permission to conduct investigations and temporarily or permanently remove any artifacts or other materials from privately owned properties . The P. I . shall also be responsible for obtaining any permits required for conducting archaeological investigations on state or federally owned 1 ands SECTION 11 . AGREEMENT In consideration of the signing of this Contract for the performance of work and furnishing of labor and materials as set forth herein , the parties hereto for themselves, their agents, officials, and employees or servants agree not to discriminate in any manner on the basis of age, handicap, sex , race, color, creed , sexual orientation , or national origin with reference to the subject matter of this Contract, no matter how remote . This provision is hereby incorporated into this Contract for the benefit of the Grantee and may be enforced by action for specific performance, injunctive relief , or other remedy as by law provided .
