LEASE AGREEMENT 6/:77/92 <br /> RENEWAL <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ITEM -, <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> Whereas, a lease agreementwas made and entered into as of the 5th day of July, 1985 by <br /> and betweenEfland Rescue Unit and Efland Volunteer Fire Company,Inc.,LESSOR, Party of the First <br /> Part, and Orange County, LESSEE, Party of the Second Part, for premises known as the Efland <br /> Rescue Unit Building in Efland, North Carolina. <br /> Whereas, the LESSOR and the LESSEE mutually agree to the following: <br /> 1. The lease agreementwill be continuedfor a period of five (5)years,to commenceat <br /> 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 1993 and terminate at 12:00 midnighton June 30, 1998. <br /> 2. The County will continue to insure the building at replacementcost. <br /> 3. Lessor or Lessee may terminate this lease upon ninety(90)days written notice to <br /> other. <br /> 4.
