The second sentence of Exhibit A, Paragraph 3 of the <br /> Agreement is to be deleted in its entirety and the following is to <br /> be inserted in its place: <br /> All generic materials (i.e. , employee guides, wallet <br /> cards and supervisory guides) shall be provided by HAI <br /> at a price mutually agreed upon, in writing, between <br /> HAI and Employer. <br /> 2 . Paragraph 5 of Exhibit A of the Agreement is to be <br /> deleted in its entirety. <br /> 3 .
