Article 4: Overlay Zoning Districts 46 <br /> Section 4.3: Special Flood Hazard Area(SFHA) <br /> 4.2.9 Water Supply/Sewage Disposal Facilities <br /> TABLE 4.2.9:WATER SUPPLY/SEWAGE DISPOSAL FACILITIES <br /> DISTRICT WATER SUPPLY/SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br /> UNIV-CA Water supply and sewage treatment systems shall be limited to individual wells and on-site <br /> UNIV-PW septic tanks systems or individual on-site alternative disposal systems.(1� <br /> No new treatment system will be permitted where effluent disposal occurs on a separate lot <br /> All Watershed Overly from the source of wastewater generation; provided, however, off-site systems shall be <br /> permitted in all Watershed Overlay Districts except the University Lakc Protected <br /> Districts _ •_ _ _ • • _- _. _. 12when located in a Flexible <br /> Development subdivision approved in accordance with Section 7.123.of this Ordinance.
