Article 2: Procedures 24 <br /> Section 2.14: Minor Subdivisions <br /> (b) Orange County Schools, <br /> (c) Orange County Land Records, <br /> (d) County Attorney, <br /> (e) Orange County Environmental Health, <br /> (f) Orange County Erosion Control, <br /> (g) Orange County Engineering_, and <br /> (h) Public Utility Companies, and <br /> (h)(i) Orange County Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks and <br /> Recreation (DEAPR).3 <br /> (4) Reviewers shall provide a certification to the Planning Director of the suitability, <br /> provisional suitability, or unsuitability of the proposal. Recommendations of the <br /> reviewers may be incorporated as conditions of approval of the subdivision. <br /> (5) The Planning Director shall take action on an application solely on his/her <br /> findings as to compliance with applicable regulations and conditions and shall <br /> either: <br /> (a) Approve the application; or <br /> (b) Approve the application with conditions; or <br /> (c) Deny the application. <br /> (6) The Planning Director shall notify the applicant of the action in writing. <br /> Action Subsequent to Approval <br /> 1) The applicant shall submit a reproducible mylar original of the Final Plat to •- <br /> Planning Director for endorsement within one year of Final Plat approv. . <br /> (2) - se Planning Director may grant an extension of this time limit to . e-year from <br /> the . .sinal date of expiration if the applicant files an extensio application in <br /> accorda- e with Section 2.2. <br /> (3) The Planning •.rector shall obtain all required certific on signatures and shall <br /> endorse approva the approved Final Plat on a -producible mylar original after <br /> all other certification s' atures have been ob . ned.
