8 <br /> 1 • We are looking at starting a Maker organization to help facilitate the interest of people <br /> 2 who are moving into the Maker industry. They have held one organizational meeting. <br /> 3 • Working with UNC to think about critical strategies related to Entrepreneurship and the <br /> 4 possibility of creating an Innovation Council to help grow our private support for <br /> 5 entrepreneurs. It would have strong private section representation to help encourage <br /> 6 involvement from that sector. <br /> 7 • Continue to work with County staff on drafting an Incentives Policy for further <br /> 8 consideration. <br /> 9 • We are working with our Parking division to explore growing our parking opportunities <br /> 10 in downtown and having a greater percentage under single management. <br /> 11 • Working with Planning Dept. to draft an advanced manufacturing/research/flex zone for <br /> 12 approximately 50 acres off Millhouse Road.
