Most of <br /> the deficit is related to reduced contract revenue from <br /> private companies that subcontract with Orange <br /> Industries. Along with the attached information, <br /> Kathryn Turner, Executive Director of Orange <br /> Enterprises, Inc. , will present more specific budget <br /> figures. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : As the Board decides. <br />
