Aging, in lieu of th^ County Finance <br /> Officer, to provide interim and reimbursement payments to community service <br /> providers as prescribed in paragraphs 6(a) and (d) of this Agreement. Services <br /> applicable to this authorization are as follows: <br /> Community Service Provider Service <br /> Joint Orange Chatham Community Action <br /> This authorization by the County shall be in compliance with requirements set for <br /> forth in the North Carolina Budget and Final Control Act. The County Finance <br /> Officer shall establish controls to account for the receipt and expenditure of Home <br /> and Community Care Block Grant Funds. <br /> 24. Other Funds Covered by This Agreement. <br /> Older Americans Act Title III-F Health Promotion and Disease Prevention <br /> funds, State Senior Center Outreach funds, and Older Americans Act Title <br /> III-B Legal Assistance funds are included as part of the Home and <br /> Community Care Block Grant Agreement. During the year, by agreement of <br /> both parties, other federal or state funds, appropriate to this Block <br /> Grant Agreement, may be appended as well. <br /> - 10 (a) - <br />
