8 <br /> such extensions will be made of the same size pipe as the lines proposed <br /> in the engineers' plans, and the cost thereof will be borne by the party of the <br /> second part, with the full understanding and agreement that all revenue <br /> received from such extensions will be and belong to the party of the second <br /> part.
