This hearing will be held in the Superior Courtroom of the County Courthouse in Hillsborough at <br /> 7:30 p.m. Previous correspondence from Gene Bell on January 12, 1993 notified you that your application <br /> is found to be complete. <br /> Between now and the May 24 hearing, planning staff will perform an in-depth analysis of the request.We <br /> will also be requesting input from other local and state government agencies regarding the request. <br /> On or before May 7,the property will be posted with a sign advertising the requested amendment and the <br /> public hearing date/place. We will also be notifying by mail all property owners within 500 feet of your <br /> property.
