1_ U <br /> 1. Meet the criteria for site plan approval <br /> listed in Article 14.3; <br /> 2. Address agency comments solicited during the site <br /> plan review process; and/or <br /> 3 . Adhere to the design standards applicable within <br /> Economic Development Districts as set forth in <br /> Article 6.29 of this ordinance. <br /> In such cases, application for and approval of a Planned <br /> Development District shall be governed by the general and <br /> specific standards and procedures for the issuance of a <br /> Planned Development Permit as set forth in this Article. <br /> 6. Amend Article 22 - Definitions by adding a definition of <br /> "Economic Development Activity Node" to read as follows: <br /> Economic Development Activity Node - Land in Transition areas of <br /> the County which has been specifically targeted for economic <br /> development activity consisting of light industrial, <br /> distribution, flex space, office, and service/retail uses. <br /> Such areas are located adjacent to interstate and major <br /> arterial highways, and subject to special design criteria and <br /> performance standards.
