Amend Article 7 by adding a new Article 7 .21 - PD-ED Planned <br /> Development-Economic Development District to read as follows: <br /> 7 .21 PD-ED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br /> The following regulations and requirements apply to PD-ED <br /> Planned Development-Economic Development Districts. <br /> 7 .21. 1 PD-ED District: Definition and Intent <br /> PD-ED districts may be established in accordance with the <br /> general procedures and requirements set forth in Articles <br /> 7 . 1 through 7 .9 and with the intensities and in locations <br /> in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning <br /> Ordinance and Atlas. <br /> The purpose of this district is to provide for properly <br /> located and planned non-residential development <br /> consistent with Orange County's Strategic Plan for <br /> Economic Development.
