PROGRAM <br /> The 3% Older Workers Program is a part-time ar full-time employment <br /> program for persons aged 55 and over. Theme persons are placed in <br /> nubwidiaed employment for a period not to eitaeed four months. This <br /> assist■ thee in entering or reentering the labor force.
