Three programa are <br /> offered in this project. The Alseancne Employment Security <br /> Commission oversees the Orange County Title III Projects. <br /> 1. Services to Participants IBTP) aids participant■ in intensive <br /> job search. Participants in this project primarily want to <br /> return to work without further education or training. <br /> There have been 4 Orange County residents receiving this ■arrvioe <br /> thus far in Program Year '92. <br /> ORRODOWNI <br /> 1 • High School Dropout <br /> 2 • High School ©raduste <br /> i <br /> • High School Graduate with further schooling <br /> 2 • Black <br /> 2 ■ Female <br /> 2. On the ,Job Training (OJT) places participants in employment <br /> where new skills are learned or existing skills are upgraded. <br /> The employer may be reimbursed up to 5 percent of the <br /> training eagle. <br /> No Orange County residents have partioipated in a Title III OJT <br /> program thin program year <br />
