41 . 1 <br /> 6.29.3 Design Standards <br /> The design standards applicable within Economic <br /> Development Districts are shown on the following pages <br /> and are divided into two categories, Land Use Intensity <br /> Standards and Design Guidelines. Land Use Intensity <br /> standards establish the three-dimensional spatial <br /> relationship between the use and the site, or the ratio <br /> of man-made construction to natural features. The Design <br /> Guidelines apply to the landscape and architectural <br /> features, i.e. , how the use "fits" the site and how it <br /> relates to the surrounding area. <br /> 5.
