LB;,._ <br /> c) <br /> d) more than one hundred (100) acres; <br /> A correction of an error or omission; or 33 <br /> Revisions to any factual or descriptive material. <br /> *2 .2 . 14 . 3 Consideration of Amendments <br /> *Amended Except as noted herein, the submission and <br /> 8/3/92 consideration of applications for proposed amendments <br /> to the Comprehensive Plan or portion thereof shall be <br /> governed by the procedures contained in Article 20 of <br /> this Ordinance. <br /> ' Principal amendments shall generally only be considered <br /> once each year at the quarterly public hearing in <br /> February; provided, however, if a principal amendment <br /> is scheduled by the Board of Commissioners for other <br /> than the February public hearing, it shall be scheduled <br /> during one of the quarterly public hearings held in <br /> May, August, and November. Secondary amendments may be <br /> considered four (4) times each year at the quarterly <br /> joint public hearings in February, May, August, and <br /> November. <br /> No proposed amendment is to be considered in .. <br /> conjunction with a. rezoning, planned development or <br /> special use permit request for the same property. <br /> Requests for a rezoning, planned development and/or <br /> special use permit may only be considered at subsequent <br /> hearings or meetings following approval of the proposed <br /> 4113 amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 2.2 . 15 Planning Department To Act As Staff To Planning Board <br /> The Director of Planning, under the direction of the <br /> County Manager, shall provide staff service of the <br /> Planning Department to assist the Planning Board in <br /> carrying out its duties. <br /> 2 .3 Board of Adjustment <br /> 2 .3 . 1 Board of Adjustment, Establishment Of <br /> 2.3. 1. 1 A Board of Adjustment is hereby established. It shall <br /> consist of five members, and two alternates, all of who <br /> shall be residents of Orange County's Planning <br /> Jurisdiction. One of the regular members shall be a <br /> member of the Orange County Planning Board, ex officio, <br /> who shall have full rights, privileges and <br /> responsibilities. <br /> 2 . 3 . 1.2 The members shall be appointed by the Board of <br /> Commissioners for terms of three years, and until their <br /> respective successors have been appointed and <br /> qualified; provided that the terms of the original <br /> WIAIII <br /> f----:---4.F., members may be staggered so that all terms may not <br /> ---mor expire simultaneously.
