These <br /> vacant lots in an existing housing subdivision will be <br /> developed by the Orange Community Housing Corporation (OCHC) , <br /> a local non-profit housing development corporation. <br /> Specifically, OCHC will construct four (4 ) single family <br /> , dwellings, 1100 to 1300 square fee with three ( 3 ) bedrooms <br /> and two ( 2) baths .
