Equal Opportunity Policy and Affirmative Action <br /> Program Goals <br /> In addition to the Placement Goals and Timetables <br /> described in Section IX and the on-going Affirmative <br /> Action Programs described in Section V, the following <br /> specific program goals are planned for the covered <br /> Affirmative Action Plan period. <br /> 1 . Upon approval of the Affirmative Action Plan by the <br /> Board of County Commissioners, communication of the <br /> updated plan both internally and externally, <br /> including employees, supervisors and recruitment <br /> sources. <br /> 2 . Updating and revision of the Recruitment and <br /> Selection section of the Orange County Personnel <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 3 . Development and implementation of a Recruitment and <br /> Selection training module for supervisors. <br /> 4 .
