Such other information as the Board, in its <br /> discretion, may •require. <br /> • <br /> Section 11. Granting a Certificate. <br /> 1 Upon receipt of an application for a certificate, <br /> the Board shall fix the time and place for hearing the <br /> applicant. No certificate shall issue unless the Board shall <br /> find, after the hearing, that the public convenience and <br /> necessity require that such certificate issue. Determining <br /> whether the public convenience and necessity require the <br /> issuance of such certificate, the Board shall consider and. <br /> investigate the statements• made in the application, the <br /> adequacy of existing emergency medical services, the <br /> experience and training of the applicants , the public need . <br /> for such service and any other factors pertient to such a <br /> determination.
