Term of franchise. <br /> The franchise granted shall be for such term. and <br /> under such conditions as the Board may deem necessary and <br /> shall cover such area of Orange County as the Board shall <br /> deem necessary, provided that any franchise granted may be <br /> suspended or revoked by the Board after a hearing held upon . <br /> thirty (30) days notice to any franchise holder. No <br /> franchise granted may be sold, assigned, or transferred nor <br /> in any way vest in any person other than the applicant to <br /> whom the franchise is granted. <br /> Section 6. State regulations. <br /> All ambulances operated by holders of franchises <br /> granted hereunder shall he subject to all applicable laws and <br /> regulations of the State of North Carolina. <br /> • <br /> Section 7. County regulations. <br /> A. Every ambulance operated under a franchise <br /> granted hereunder shall be occupied as prescribed in Section <br /> 2B of this ordinance. <br /> B.
