Every ambulance franchised hereunder shall <br /> carry public liability insurance against injury to persons <br /> and property damage in an amount not less than [$100,000 in <br /> respect to any one person, [300,009 in respect to any one <br /> accident, and [ $50,00)0 in respect to property damage. <br /> Section S.
