A financial statement of the applicant <br /> indicating the net worth of the owner of applicant over and <br /> above all debts, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever; <br /> f. Whether. there are any unsatisfied judgments of <br /> record against such owner and, if so, the title of all <br /> actions and the amount of judgments unsatisfied; <br /> ' g. Court record, if any, of applicant .
