The <br />Board casks its citizens to conduct themselves in a respectful courteous manner, both with <br />the Board and with fellow citizens. At any time should any member of the Bocard or any <br />citizen fail to obsen1e this public charge, the Chair tivill ask the of 'ending person to leave <br />the meeting unta'l that individual regains personal control.
