A copy of the <br /> • completed forms and information which you submitted to us has been <br /> sent to the National Park Service Office in Atlanta where staff <br /> will review and approve the application. <br /> Enclosed is a partially-completed Certification Agreement. Please <br /> review and sign it yourself, pass it on to Todd Dickinson for his <br /> signature, then return it to Lloyd D.
