The purpose of the comparison is to provide information for use in the decision- <br /> making process for future Orange County facility needs. <br /> Professional Services <br /> In general our services will consist of the following: <br /> o Comparing pre-engineered buildings (also referred to as metal buildings) with conventional stick- <br /> built construction to include but not necessarily limited to such items as <br /> • Profession services—Architect,Engineer <br /> • Initial cost <br /> • Aesthetics <br /> • Construction time <br /> • Expected longevity <br /> • Maintenance cost <br /> o Preparing a report summarizing the comparison. The report will include a matrix to assist in <br /> identification and clarification of comparison items. <br /> Fee <br /> We propose to charge for our services based on our standard rates and unit charges a lump sum cost of: <br /> Total $1,600 <br /> Invoices will be issued monthly base on work completed.
