Review current processes as compared to best practices <br /> b. Perform a Utilization/Life Cycle Analysis to determine current state of fleet <br /> c. Produce a Keep,Replace,Reassign,Dispose (KRRD) model that provides a data <br /> based recommendation for each piece of equipment(Model will be reusable by <br /> Orange County Solid Waste for future analysis) <br /> d. Identify Benefits&Risks in Current Practices <br /> e. Make Recommendations for Areas of Improvement <br /> 2) Maintenance Review(Benchmarking of Repairs) <br /> a. Use Data from the Fleet Management System (FMS) to benchmark 5 - 10 <br /> common repairs against industry standards <br /> b. During the process,analyze use of the FMS and the data being collected <br /> c. Compare system use to industry best practices <br /> d. Make Recommendations for Areas of Improvement <br /> i. Maintenance practices based on benchmarking <br /> H. Use of FMS in both daily operations and as management tool <br /> Deliverables: <br /> CST will produce a final report that covers the observations made, the results of our data analysis, the <br /> identified benefits / risks and the recommendations as described above. In addition, CST will deliver <br /> the data models used in the analysis in form that Solid Waste Management can use these models for <br /> their own analysis in the future. <br /> Additional Tasks: <br /> CST will undertake such additional tasks as requested in writing by the County representative in accord with the <br /> schedule of billing rates set forth herein provided such task(s) total cost,inclusive of all travel, manpower and other <br /> expenses shall not exceed $4,960. <br /> CST Fleet Services Proposal 5 <br />
