Chapter 2: The Plan <br />4GomTpat biQity vAth 0t'her Waam ing Documents <br />The recommendations in this plan will inform the pending rewrite of Hillsborough's development <br />requirements in the Zoning - Ordinance and Subdivision'Regulations. <br />In regards to the -Churton Street- Corridor.Plan two important concepts recurred throughout this <br />planning process: <br />1. The 70 Corridor was entitled to the same detailed planning and consideration as the Churton <br />Street,Corridor. <br />2. By using similar standards and requirements as other areas of the town, the 70�Corridor and the <br />adjacent neighborhoods will be more integrated with the whole town and will serve to build the <br />concept of a town united while honoring the unique neighborhoods. <br />The Town of Hillsborough is planning to engage in a rewrite of the Zoning, Ordinance and Subdivision <br />Regulations beginning in 2007.
