Chapter 2: The Plan <br />HTI',Ia OVer*,Iew. <br />The issues raised at the first public meeting were organized into four general topics. These topics <br />became the plan framework, each with specific concerns and recommendations. "The four elements of <br />the US 70% Cornelius Street Corridor'Plan are: <br />1. Transportation <br />2. "Economic'Development <br />3. Crime Control and Code Enforcement <br />4. ''Landscaping and Signage <br />Through the course of the Task Force's work, two additional'items were added, including compatibility <br />with other planning documents and recommendations for text amendments in the Zoning Ordinance. <br />For each of the elements the Task. Force identified key concerns and made appropriate recommendations <br />for addressing those concerns. <br />,,The' Implementation Plan for the. Task.
