Chapter 1: Plan Development <br />IR1 41W&RU20 (Residential 10,Residential 20 "Districts):'The purpose of the'R -20, R -15, an&R -10 <br />"Districts are to provide locations for moderate intensity residential development and supporting <br />recreational, community service, and educational uses in areas where urban services are available or are <br />to be provided as part of the development process. These districts are created to encourage development <br />of neighborhoods comprised chiefly of single and two family residences. <br />(01, (Office Institutional District): -The purpose of the OI District is to provide locations for medium <br />intensity office and institutional land uses and to function as a buffer between conflicting land uses. <br />�l\N (Multi- Family District): iThe purpose of the "MIT, District is to provide for residential development of <br />attached dwellings built for rent or for sale at a higher density and with more on -site amenities than the <br />single- family residential districts allow or require. <br />{QC (General'Commercial "District): ,The purpose of the GC'District is to provide suitably situated and <br />sized sites that allow abroad range of commercial, office, and service uses.
