Subdivision Regulations Text Amendment <br /> ( 1 ) Private Road Justification Criteria <br /> This item is to consider proposed amendments, to the <br /> Zoning Atlas, Zoning Ordinance, and Land Use Element <br /> of the Comprehensive Plan to create and implement an <br /> Economic Development Zoning District; and proposed <br /> amendments to the Subdivision Regulations to expand <br /> private road justification criteria. <br /> Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and Land Use <br /> Element of the Comprehensive Plan to create and <br /> apply an Economic Development Zoning District and <br /> development guidelines will be presented for public <br /> hearing on February 22 . A draft of the proposal was <br /> presented to the Planning Board at its meeting on <br /> January 25, 1993. The Planning Director proposed a <br /> number of changes to the draft amendments in a <br /> January 31, 1993 memorandum to the Board of <br /> Commissioners, which was copied to the Planning <br /> Board. <br /> On February 9 and 11, public information meetings <br /> were held in each of the four target areas. Staff <br /> is currently compiling comments from these meetings. <br /> Public comments and any proposed changes to the <br /> items which will be presented at the public hearing <br /> will be discussed at the Planning Board meeting. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #10: PLANNING BOARD ITEMS <br /> a.
