The <br /> property is known as Lots 3A and 4 of Tax Map 24 , Eno <br /> Township. <br /> The tract contains 32 .7 acres. There are 19 residential <br /> lots proposed, ranging from 1. 01 to 2 . 43 acres and <br /> averaging 1. 37 acres in size. An additional 3 . 7 acres is <br /> contained in common area. The property is zoned Rural <br /> Residential and is designated as Rural Residential in the <br /> Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan. It is not <br /> located within any watershed or other zoning overlay <br /> district. . <br /> The twenty lots proposed in this Preliminary Plan <br /> represent only the first phase of Pleasant Green Woods. <br /> The total tract contains 155 acres and 102 lots. A second <br /> Preliminary Plat will be submitted within several months, <br /> and will include the remaining four phases of the <br /> development. A sketch of the entire development is <br /> attached. The Concept Plan for the entire tract was <br /> approved by the Planning Board on November 16, 1992 . <br /> Watersupply and wastewater disposal will be provided by <br /> individual wells and septic tanks. The Orange County <br /> Division of Environmental Health initially indicated that <br /> soil suitable for a septic system and repair area was not <br /> found on Lot 11.
