EVALUATION: This node is focused on the intersection of two major <br /> highways. It is also serviced by a spur of the Southern Railroad. <br /> _-_There are a number of existing commercial»uses - in the area and <br /> relatively little residential development. It is bordered on the <br /> south by a main line of the Southern Railroad. Existing land uses <br /> include commercial, and medium and high density residential . The <br /> node is within Durham' s 201 sewer planning area and is served by <br /> the Durham city water system.
